Phil Seymour | Managing Director

Phil Seymour is Executive Vice- President of Elite Properties Realty located in Beverly Hills, California. For more than 32 years Phil has been working with investors, providing guidance and expertise in the analysis and disposition of real estate assets. He has worked for some of the top brokerages in the nation, including: Prudential, Merrill Lynch and Coldwell Banker.

Phil started his career in residential real estate at Coldwell Banker, from 1977-1980 where as a sales associate he quickly distinguished himself from other agents. From 1980-1982, Mr. Seymour was manager for the Merrill Lynch Realty Woodland Hills residential office. With approximately 88 sales agents, he increased sales and perpetuated the success of that office. Phil then became Executive Vice President of D.G.M. Financial/Properties where he developed their Residential and Investment divisions from 1982-1984, after which he became sales manager of the Investment Division for Prudential California Realty, in their Beverly Hills office, where he was consistently a top producer. While at Prudential, Phil was an original member of the Prudential’s California Realty’s 100 Club (the Top 100 out of 4,000 agents for earnings in the company).

In 1993, he joined Elite Properties Realty, one of the leading real estate brokerages in California, as Executive Vice President-Managing Director. Phil heads The Seymour Group at Elite Properties. The Seymour Group specializes in representing receivers, partition referees, bankruptcy trustees and institutional third party sellers. The Seymour Group has the breadth of experience and depth of knowledge in providing fiduciaries guidance and expertise in the sale of investment and residential properties. The Seymour Group has represented sales of assets in numerous receivership and/or partition actions over the years.

Phil has contributed his expertise for the sale of real estate assets in receivership as a panelist at Loyola II and Loyola III, the California Receivers Forum 2-day Conference at Loyola Law School in 2004 and 2009.

Sandra Seymour | Vice President

Sandra Seymour

Sandra is Vice President of The Seymour Group and heads up the Residential Division. She brings 34 years of real estate experience and expertise. Her duties include the sale of residential properties, marketing, and transaction coordinator.

Prior to joining Elite Properties Realty Sandra worked with such major brokerages as Merrill Lynch and Prudential Realty earning all the top dollar awards and designations. She also was one of the top producers at the Sunset office of Coldwell Banker as well as being in management.

Professionally, Sandra has focused on two key areas…music and real estate. She has appeared in all the greatest concert venues including Carnegie Hall and was in the first Jascha Heifetz Master Class at UCLA. Having achieved her goals in music, real estate offered her an equally challenging opportunity. She knows what it feels like to work under pressure a large percentage of the time, attending to the myriad of details in opening and closing escrows, as well as dealing with and satisfying demanding clientele.
