For almost 30 years Phil has been working with investors, providing guidance and expertise in the analysis and disposition of real estate assets. He has worked for some of the top brokerages in the nation, including: Prudential, Merrill Lynch and Coldwell Banker.
Phil started his career in real estate at Coldwell Banker, from 1977-1980 where as a sales associate he quickly distinguished himself from other agents. From 1980-1982 Mr. Seymour was manager for the Merrill Lynch Realty Woodland Hills office. With approximately 88 sales agents, he was able to increase sales and perpetuate the success of that office. Phil then became Executive Vice President of D.G.M. Financial/Properties where he developed their Commercial and Residential divisions from 1982-1984, after which he became sales manager of the Commercial/Investment Division for Prudential California Realty, in their Beverly Hills office, where he was consistently a top producer. While at Prudential, Phil was an original member of the Prudential’s California Realty’s 100 Club (the Top 100 out of 4,000 agents for earnings in the company). In 1993, he joined Elite Properties Realty, one of the leading real estate brokerages in California, as Executive Vice President-Managing Director.
In addition to his many years in commercial real estate, Phil formed and heads The Seymour Group at Elite Properties. The Seymour Group specializes in representing receivers, partition referees, bankruptcy trustees and institutional third party sellers. The Seymour Group has the breadth of experience and depth of knowledge in providing fiduciaries guidance and expertise in the sale of commercial and residential assets. The Seymour Group has represented sales of assets in receivership and/or partition action for Edythe L. Bronston, Esq., Richard Weissman, Esq. and Thomas Coleman, Esq. to name a few.
Phil contributed his expertise on the sale of assets in receivership as a panelist at “Loyola II”, the California Receivers Forum 2-day instructional seminar at Loyola Law School. The Seymour Group/Elite Properties Realty is a member of the Los Angeles/Orange County Chapter of the California Receivers Forum and the California Bankruptcy Forum.
Before his career in the field of real estate, Phil spent years honing his skills as a musician. He has played drums with many of the music industry’s heavy weights, including Sammy Davis, Jr. Phil’s experience as a musician contributes to keeping his team in harmony,his clients deals in sync and moving forward.

Her extensive real estate experience has earned her the reputation as one of the most honest, loyal and trusted real estate professionals serving clients throughout Southern California.
Zizi has traveled the wolrd extensively and has flouristhed in sales and marketing positions throughout her career. She exhibits tremendous professionalism, perseverance and keen instinct enabling her to expertly serve The Seymour Group with clients from around the world.
Zizi is a graduate of the University of Toledo in Ohio, where she majored in the fields of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, as well as receiving a MBA with an emphasis in Personnel development.

Helen Moaveni
helen@theseymourgroup.netHelen brings her knowledge of real estate, property management, leasing, and bank owned real estate (REO's) to The Seymour Group. She is a skilled negotiator and has earned degrees in Economics and Engineering. She leverages her knowledge through appropriate studies and seminars, and is on her way toward earning an MBA.
Helen understands the relevance of the client's fiduciary responsibilities and she works in The Seymour Group to list, maintain, negotiate and close REO properties.
She deals "hands on" with general contractors, subcontractors, service providers, and governmental agencies. She leverages this critical knowledge to fulfill the client's expectations thus servicing The Seymour Group well in the REO process.
